For me, it’s retiring from tech and in some sort of interior design consultant role that I can dive into to scratch an itch. Other than that, I just want to be comfortable like I am now.

Fun Fact: During company wide hack days, I encourage my engineers to hack their careers. That may mean working on a personal development task like writing a personal promotion proposal, learning a skill like public speaking, or shadowing another discipline they are interested in. Always evolve!
