Storm Darragh meant no new Wainwrights were bagged in the Lakes today. I got out early for a wet and windy 20km, taking in some of the Ullswater Way. Definitely want to get back to complete a full lap of the lake.

This morning was a commute run with 10x 1min hills.
First outing for the Ronhill REVERENCE. I think these will be a good fell training shoe.

Today's Cross Country race cancelled due to Storm Bert AKA snow. Plan is to repivot to a gym treadmill workout.

Today is Friday and for me a rest from running day. I'm racing tomorrow. It's the 3rd fixture of the season in the North East Harrier League in the North East of England. It's going to be a cold one tomorrow!
