The next time someone rudely asks me why my husband and I don't have kids, I'm going to explain at length that it's because we practice different religions. I mean, he'd want to name them after Man United legends, whereas I'd fight to the death to name them after members of Westlife.

Found this over the weekend, reissued on red and blue vinyl. Sublime perfection. Yes, Paddy had a bit of an Elvis problem, but for me, this is so much more than that. I listen with amazement, even 35 years later.

Just wanted to share one of the tiny wonders to enter my life this year. I'm not a Tolkien fan girl by any means, but man, he loved his children. As we enter 2025, in all of this chaos, I hope we all remember to make life magical for those we love.
