He may have voted "No," but he obviously cannot lead the caucus. It's time for him to go. Either they don't respect him, and they went against him, or the caucus set this up to make it look like only certain people caved - ones not currently up for reelection. He's done, no matter the situation.

I wrote my Senators to demand this plus removing all who voted yes from any positions of authority beyond being a Senator. Either they were in on deciding who took the fall, or they will act to remove those who are failing the American people. I am over useless words and showboating. Do something!

100%. This was coordinated and planned to make sure no one up for election in 2026 was caught out. We need new leadership. A new direction. Perhaps a new party. These Democrats no longer represent the people. That much has become abundantly clear.

How are you going to do that when you cannot hold your caucus together @schumer.senate.gov ? You haven't fought for us yet. You just talk at us.
