Min gissning är att ryssarna är färdiga med Witkoff, de behöver inte honom längre, han har spelat ut sin roll. Viktigare är att få ukrainarna att avvisa planen, öka allas misstro mot amerikanarna och vidga klyftan mellan Europa och USA. Därför har de läckt samtalen mellan Witkoff och Usjakov.

Russia pulls forces/proxies out of Ukraine—all of it—and removes offensive weapons from regions bordering Ukraine.
Pays for all war damage—and reconstruction.
All Russians engaged in war crimes stand trial.
And Ukraine can join any alliance it damn well pleases.

It’s really important that #Vancouver’s Downtown Business Association, who were originally against bike-lanes, are now among their most vigourous supporters, because of ACTUAL EVIDENCE that they’re better for downtown business than any street parking they replaced.
