The contrast speaks for itself. Clean-shaven and beaming, Witkoff eagerly licked the Russian boot, praising Moscow as a "magnificent city" during his meeting with the Russians. This is in stark contrast to his earlier meeting with the Ukrainians, when he was unshaven, disheveled, and in a bad mood.
