I have not been keeping up with this thread very well but last night’s wedding had incredible food — roasted duck with a duck egg roll and couscous. easily my favorite of the season so far!

i actually did a bunch of portraits like that, but the one that i submitted is probably my favorite!
here are a couple more for the curious. i set up a black sheet and a mini projector and projected different flower photos over me to get the effect!

“bloom” is a little love letter to the progress i made in trauma therapy.
one night i was talking about some progress i was making and the way a homework assignment really resonated with me. my therapist beamed at me and said “this is like watching a flower open,” which inspired this 🥰
