If you have Amazon prime, The Merchants of Joy is worth a watch! It's a documentary about families that sell Christmas trees in NYC. I didn't expect much but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Livid. I had 5 moderate and 1 severe migraine attack in the last week. So I tried again to contact my Dr office. I asked for dexamethasone since Prednisone and methylprednisolone have not worked for years. They called in methylprednisolone.

I can eat gingerbread. Did I tell you already? I love those little delicious people. Think I'm going to have to stockpile since I can't eat much chocolate.

could really do without having to pay £340 between us to get vaccinated twice a year, that’s A LOT OF MONEY!! and despite having asthma, and getting the flu jab every year because of that, we have *never* been eligible for covid jabs for health reasons

I found out yesterday my C5-C7 have degenerative disc disease and are fusing together. Now I'm wondering how much of my head pain is caused by them.

Thinking I am going to sign up with Neura. My headache specialist here has terrible nurses. They often fail to respond to my mychart messages or calls. And when they do, they are submissive. It's weird cause the Dr is not like that, at all. And I'm in a dang flare and need help.

Have my second appointment with the MCAS specialist today. I am so nervous. I feel like I've done so much work on medical trauma in therapy but I guess I have a lot more to do. I'm so scared of being told it's in my head or not getting anymore meds that have been helping me. ☹️
