Yesterday the CIA told me that they *might* release my MKNAOMI document request on 12 March 2027—8 years, 7 months, & 11 days since submission. MKNAOMI was the ultra-secret Cold War biological warfare program run by the CIA and the Army’s Special Operations Division.
