It’s an old Polish tradition to keep open seats and plates of food for our passed on loved ones. I always hosted EVERY holiday EVERY year so now that I’m the last person in my family left, I extra miss my mum and dad today. I hope they drop by for a visit; their chairs are ready ❤️

Just cut from my garden ❤️ they appear purple in the photo but are actually blue. The variety is Mariposa Skies. I noticed that my regular solid purple irises are just starting to bud too! I’ve never had it happen this late in the year! My geraniums are still going too lol
