Final prep.
Small paintings hanging on walls of the art studio. Some are drying from being varnished, some from having edges painted. There are small paintings on the floor as well.

Today was a good day. I repainted edges on nine paintings, finished the last four of the blue/brown series, and finally started the large square version too.

The final three canvases are almost 50% done. After this, I just have to do the final big square and this series will be done.

This #iwd2025 I’m shouting out to one of the strongest women I know, my mom. She sacrificed her art and design career for the sake of our family. She held tight when many were trying to pull us apart. These are her still lifes from when she was 16 and 19. Imagine if she kept painting.
