Tried the Flour Water Salt Yeast same day pizza dough recipe! Topped with whatever assortment of spare cheeses we had in the fridge. Sriracha infused white cheddar was a banger. 🍽️🍜

Made an Adobo Sauce with some dried cayenne and ancho chilis! Tossed some pulled chicken thigh in it, lime cilantro rice, and shredded some white cheddar and colby jack to make an overstuffed burrito! 🍜🍽️

Smoked and seared ribeye, sometimes simple is the best. Notably this is my wife's plate; mine has about twice as much potato and a gallon more gravy. 🍜🍽️

Toasting the bagel and frying the egg in the leftover tallow from pho broth, add some yum yum sauce, and breakfast smells amazing. 🍜🍽️
