I understand the issue and appreciate the efforts, but making submissions unavailable for months without any prior communication about it limits the usefulness of PsyArXiv very strongly and causes severe damage to it.

Cool! There are so many things to highlight here and many ways to make things understandable, so I'd love to read other versions.
