Tabriz would be really interesting because it is a major historic city that has been relatively untouched by globalization. You can’t get like, good Chinese food there. But they have a metro now! I’d live in a house with traditional Persian architecture.

Actually not sure what neighborhood of İstanbul I’d like to live in. Probably somewhere a bit quieter on the Asian side, though I’d like to think I could live in Cihangir or Ortakoy

I have no special knowledge of the US military, but I know how the militaries of other countries have responded to similar situations.
