Was doodling armadillos at work and decided I wanted to give it some colors. Wasn't sure if I could even do Fakemon anymore lol. Always thought it was a shame we never got a pokeball mimic armadillos sinceSandshrew exists in the same gen as Voltorb. A little by the numbers but still fun I think :)

In the Middle Ages, people thought ammonites were petrified snakes. They would carve the heads back on and use them as healing amulets. What if a carved Helix Fossil produced an alternate, dragon-type mon?

I’m here for the fluffy, beefy terror bird! I think the color is great, but if you really wanted to distinguish from chocobo maybe consider brown stripes like on chicks?

4 years ago I joined a mon collector e-card game project. We never got to a mvp, but it was fun to work on! I designed hundreds of monsters for it. Will probably continue running with the lore and the world as a personal project. This is the flagship for one of the starter decks.

Inaugural post here :) (since its safe-er to post art here now apparently...). Been in an art slump for years now, but recently got back into it. Been trying to allow myself to draw without the specter of perfectionism. Been fun experimenting, finding my own style. Here's a wacky dragon doodle :)
