- Base starting salaries were up 3%-4% over 2024.
- Lifestyle factors—call frequency, desired locale, and vacation—are top of mind when fellows evaluate employment offers.

I was asked after my presentation yesterday if I was of Native American heritage because I had included a land acknowledgment for the Council of the 3 Fires. Only to go to a Chicago Blackhawks game that started with a land acknowledgment.

I was today years old when I learned about strrep(). Totally thought ChatGPT was making stuff up again, but it's 1) real {base}, and 2) works beautifully. #rstats
