This is Jake, 8 years ago I rescued him from an abusive home. By the time I got him he had diabetes. It took a lot of money and time but I made sure he was cared for and felt love. Today I had to say goodbye. I wasn't ready for it but I couldn't let him suffer... I'll miss you my boy. #WorldsBestDog
