I really appreciate that Katie 🧡 any amount helps, truly. He has pancreatic cancer and the mass caused a lot of internal problems very suddenly. The first hospital also failed to treat his obstructions and perhaps worsened things. Hoping he recovers soon so he can start treatment

Every single day is a new kind of horror. Every single day I come to the hospital I’m scared they’re going to say there’s nothing else they can do. He can’t sit up by himself. He barely sleeps for one consecutive hour. He’s only 56

Can’t eat and hasn’t eaten for 3 weeks

Perforation of the gallbladder. Drain attached for at least 6 wks, maybe life or until he gets it removed. Needs a stent for a bowel obstruction. Needs first stent replaced. Needs infectious material in liver drained. Has yeast growing in the blood. NG tube to drain bile backup from obstructions

Yeah no way right. If your friend’s dad was the hospital getting off phone calls with their family crying every day they’re staying with you wouldn’t you think the one thing you could do to help that situation is get their wife to the airport on time

Anyway there is a reason that you’re supposed to be 2-3 hours early for your flights x

My dad is in the hospital. Dying. And they didn’t get her to the airport on time. It costs another $1k to get her on a new flight after I already spent an extra $500 to get me home early because my dad is sick
