Run up and down in the kitchen a few times. At that point I usually know if it’ll work for me. I’ll mix up brands & drops and currently have Salomon, TNF, Terrex, La Sportiva, ASICS and Merrell in my trail running lineup. I do love shoes 😅

As soon as my watch beeps at each mile, I take a sip. If it’s warm or I’m working hard I’ll take a glug. I’m a high volume sweater so need to keep on top of it. I have two 500ml soft flasks both with Skratch electrolyte mix.
