Finally working the knitted-on border. Once I read copious notes and “how to” instructions, the original pattern started to make sense. I’d blame my neurodivergence for not understanding but the fact that multiple people also had difficulties means it wasn’t just me. #knitting #knittersofbluesky

While not the most technically difficult piece of lace I’ve ever #knit, I am having THE WORST time keeping track of where I am on any given row. I tried using stitch markers between repeats but that was worse?? If the final product weren’t so mind-numbingly beautiful, I would have given up by now.

Made some serious progress tonight #knitting these sweet gloves. Working them #twoatatime is not for the faint of heart either!

Is there anyone in the #artist or #fiberarts community whose brain I can pick (or who can point me to resources) about doing a resume for a residency program? I’ve only ever done job/work resumes and never done one for #knitting or #crossstitch ( #cross-stitch ?). Dog pic for tax, thanks in advance!

I’ll post more #knitting projects soon. In the mean time, this is my #currentwip Pattern is Grain by Tim Can Knits. This yarn is Sweet Georgia’s Cashsilk Lace and the color way is Cauldron.

Kenny Boy had a fabulous time in our local soccer field (football pitch for everyone else) on a 100ft leash. He was ready to go again until he wasn’t then slept for 2hrs straight. Goodest boy had the bestest day.
