I had gastric bypass surgery February 1, 2025 I have lost 87 pounds . It is transformational. Check it out. As far as the other surgery I think it is related to the current demonization of transgender individuals. I am so sorry your insurance company is being so obnoxious.

How r u surviving? Pension disability ? Long covid is said to be brutal. I cannot believe we are living in two realities those who believe science is real and those that don’t. It sounds like you are paying for those who think COVID is made up. That really sucks.

My dad was a decent guy. A pastor by not an extremest. However, the sociopath that was my mother was pretty much Donald Trump in a pantsuit with no money from the south a white supremacist who religiously, emotionally, and physically abused me to say the least.

I am a few months in. Exercising. That is tough. I do not get hungry but I have PTSD and can no longer numb out with food or smokes. That is tough. But I am doing it.

I call it Bariatric boot camp. It prepares you. No short cuts. It will pay off post op.

You can have half a slice of pizza after bloating the grease. You can have sushi. Fish is healthy. You will actually not only have a longer life but quality of life. Being scared is normal. This is life changing.

I had gastric bypass in February. It is transformative. I have already lost 43 pounds and I am not hungry. It does not just restrict the amount of food u can eat, it changes your metabolism. Best decision I ever made. Good luck.
