And speaking of #Chapterthree, when I look up goals for this chapter, in literature, I find things like: “Deepen the protagonist’s motivations,” “introduce new challenges,” and “unveil more layers of the protagonist’s personality.” Not a bad analogy as I empty the nest and set up for what’s to come.

Dementia is scary but we aren’t powerless: Lifestyle changes can help slow it down. I’ve never wanted to put effort into special diets or exercise plans — but I’m feeling very motivated to make changes right now. I want to enjoy my Chapter 3.

Already past 50 & there’s Alzheimer’s all over my family tree. Caring for Mom now. It’s a powerful incentive to find ways to *keep me thriving* for the next 50 years. Good news is, there’s plenty of data out there. Digging in. Will keep u updated.
