Trump saying he has the best poll numbers he’s ever had citing “Harry Emden” on CNN

Harry Enten response: If we are comparing him to other presidents at this point in their presidencies, he is the second lowest on record compared only to himself.

Democratic voters don’t want passive or “reach across the aisle” politics while we are fighting literal fascism.

Look at Texas Democrats. Fight like that. We’ll reward you at the polls.

Stand up. Link arms. Draw a line in the sand. Tell the Republicans we won’t put up with this shit. Fight back.

New Hampshire is not one of the states suing, even though there are programs that would be affected by the funding freeze. Why are elected Republicans here and in DC so openly hostile to public education? #NHPolitics www.wmur.com/article/laws...

Still learning about what NH Republicans have done in the State Budget and how it will impact YOU?

They cut $51 million from the agency that runs Medicaid, keeps kids safe from abuse, funds mental health clinics, + helps seniors stay in their homes.

Call it out. #NHPolitics

In April, Republicans set aside $36m in the state budget to pay for school vouchers - enough to cover 6,830 students. Today, they voted to scrap the income cap + let in 10k students without any additional funding.

Today's the anniversary of Brown v. BOE—a landmark decision that jumpstarted the Civil Rights Movement.

I think of Jack Greenberg, the NAACP leader who worked alongside Thurgood Marshall for equal education.

With Title 1 under attack, the fight for equal education remains as important as ever.

I think the way to turn this administration’s tanking polls around is to have this creep talk about his plans for our children as much as possible.
Stephen Miller: "Children will be taught to love America. Children will be taught to be patriots. Children will be taught civic values for schools that want federal taxpayer funding ... we're gonna make sure these funds are not being used to promote communist ideology."
