This issue is critical to keeping America fed, to keep American farmers solvent, and to maintain the health of our ecosystems. It should be at the top of concerns for both incoming USDA and EPA secretaries as well as every U.S. state Ag secretary.

While it is difficult to say definitively what the cause is, bc the heaviest losses are coming from commercial be keepers, likely link to dependency on agrochemical amitraz use to treat varroa mites combined with climate & varroa mite treatment resistance.
