It seems to bear an inscription in a Celtic language, maybe Gaulish. It reads KLOTOS BRASOPAIE or maybe BRASOPARTE, but the upper stroke of the T is hard to read.
The scribe has retained the declensions, which is unusual, but rather helpful.
