What 'harm' has Trump suffered? He didn't even know about this offence, which happened a year ago, until his attention was drawn to it this week.

The BBC's offence was so awful that no-one even noticed it when it originally took place last November. Trump had to be told how offended he was a year later by the Daily Telegraph.
