I agree. A sustained correction. Whenever a tax plan or regulation has threatened their money, the rich have cried “redistribution of wealth,” equating it with Soviet Communism. It has worked for them, but hopefully we’re ready to move beyond Red Scare manipulation and toward fair economic policy.

Democrats need to propose concrete economic policies, not just spew vague platitudes: aggressively progressive tax schedule ala post WW II, living minimum wage ($25 hr?), universal health care. Own it! Yes, redistribute wealth!

When hearing a lie, legitimate journalists interrupt immediately, IMMEDIATELY, and correct it with the truth. If they don’t know the truth, they shouldn’t do the interview.
