Many don’t acknowledge the “imaginary border”, the main difference being “quiet” racism as opposed to in your face. Years of Experience is helping me now but at the beginning only after I dropped “Keisha” from my resume was I getting those interviews. And the paycut cuz of those CAD $$? #LemmeOut
