completely sailing past the NYT's own history of attacks on our community. I wish I could give the them credit, but it seems they'd rather not support the validity of our experiences, and instead defend our right in a liberal society to be weird without government intervention.

Even the opening paragraph suggests that *now it's our turn*, as though trans people weren't targeted in every single one of these listed past opppressive actions. As though the distinction to all past harms is that it's the government intervention that has finally materially harmed our community,

I always assumed a turbo shot was like higher pressure or something, not a faster shot. That makes way more sense. I wish more roasters would offer suggestion preparations on the bags. It's rare enough as it is, but if a bean or blend is great, I'd love to see suggested recipes on the bag!

(2/2) I took the suggestion from a local barista, and if you follow her recipe the coffee is delicious and fruity, but never expected coarser than usual espresso for light roast! I'm curious if you're seeing that commonly?
