We do not need police at Odunde. Not at any of the night markets or festivals. Pretty sure this is how we lose the exact events that keep us connected to each other and invested in the city.

For all my life, I thought I didn't like turkey. It was holiday tradition to tolerate turkey.
During the first COVID years, when I was in charge of my own turkey, I realized I'd just never had it made well. Truly, the spatchcock + dry brine makes such a difference.
