The show is mostly episodic. There are plot lines that run through but you can pretty much jump in at any episode and not be confused. Along with that the main character changes their entire body to safe themselves from dying which allows infinite recasting when the main actor retires from the show

Yes! The show has been going for over 60 years and has multiple spinoffs and it's never been reset.

I just realised I forgot Rowlet. Afaik Rowlet is popular so that's where this theory breaks down a bit but maybe they were just worried about using only the least popular starters and added Rowlet for some hype before the final evolutions were revealed.

As someone with both I'm currently taking ADHD meds and they've done ✨nothing✨ so I'm gonna have to tell my doctor to take me off them soon and then I'll be stuck with both at full power for life :D

I think they're (very smartly) using the legends games and new evolutions to raise the popularity of the least popular starters. Typically Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Tepig, and Oshawott are considered some of the least popular starters. Totodile is a bit popular but still on the lower end of popularity.

I skipped through the event on mute while I was watching a movie with family, and I planned to watch a streamer play the event with sound afterwards. I didn't ever end up watching it so I'll watch your stream for it 🫡

From what I've heard Duolingo is bad for learning a language, but okay for revision. Personally I use Duolingo just to get myself to do at least a little bit of the language every day since it has a streak and I'm a very unmotivated person.

I really like things organised so when I see something super unorganised I have to fix it. The happiest day I've ever had at my job was when they let me reorganise the storage room because people just dump stuff in there, and It had been driving me crazy.

Omg, that's awesome!! I've always liked cats that look like that. The reason I have those images downloaded is because I used them as reference for what my cat looked like in a D&D campaign I used to play with friends.

There's a movie called Spirited which is a musical comedy parody of a Christmas Carol. In a song in the movie that's about how being good isn't black and white 'it's just an everyday decision two steps forward one step back' basically just every day you have a choice to do a little bit of good.

Also it's worth noting that I think a big part of why I don't like reading is that my adhd makes it hard to read pages full of text with nothing else to keep my attention. Graphic novels are such a good way to get people who *can't* read for whatever reason into reading.
