Sitting in the ER because ever since "where joy goes to die" deliberately f'up the USPS they can't be counted on and my antidepressants were lost in the mail. 5 days without my antidepressants and I am having severe withdrawal symptoms.

My depression, anxiety and paranoia are hitting all time highs.
I am struggling to sleep, struggling to get up, struggling at work, struggling at home. Not sure if I can keep going. I am so sad and sitting at my desk with my door closed so I can cry.
I feel hopeless today.

Just came back in from going outside with my granddaughter and her parents. Played in the snow, throwing snow balls at each other. Also taught my granddaughter to make snow angels. #winterfun
