Baking day is going well. Two loaves of sandwich bread and a set of rolls done. Berries are thawing for muffins. Peach cobbler is in the oven. Whipped pumpkin is simmering on the stove. New ground beef and potato in the crockpot. If its a win, it will go in the upcoming family cookbook.

There is so much life happening at the moment. This week is focused on survival as we dip to -10.

We moved to Appalachia a year ago. It has been a whole different feel and energy to the land. I continue to expand my relationship with the nature spirits and ancestors by beginning my studies of the granny magic as it has been called here.
