The journaling itself feels less effortful and more motivating because it's more interactive, so I've actually been doing it the past few days and naturally wanting to do it.

Once I have the finished journal entry, I then ask "From a life coaching perspective, what are some key takeaways from today in terms of personal growth, or specific actions you'd recommend I take." Great reflection tool and I've taken some of the advice (e.g. to offer support to a specific person)

Prompt 3/3: " The goal is to create a richer narrative while preserving the integrity and authenticity of my experiences, thoughts and emotions."

Prompt 2/3: "and responses into a detailed journal entry that flows well but retains all of the same information. Please ensure that the narrative sticks closely to the information provided, without additional interpretation or extrapolation, or leaving out any of the provided details.-"

Prompt 1/3: "Ask me some follow up questions based on these rough bulletpoints to fill out a more complete picture of my day and my thoughts and feelings around key events. In the end after I answer the questions, turn my initial bullets-"
