Before San Diego State lost I thought so too, but not sure it's realistic at this point for two G5 champs to both be so high that even Duke couldn't be justified over them at 17-22 or so.

I've thought about this too, but the problem is we've seen that the $4M/year contract dissolves the second your coach wins any number of games that suggests your program is improving and turns into a $10M/year anyway. If you're performing at or above your historical standard, take the known quantity

Dang it man I loved this game, for all its limitations it was so amibitious.

Was a good game for showing what this team can grow into, but disappointing for those who thought ND had already elevated into a permanent member of the elite. I'll only be upset if we lose to TAMU.
