This afternoon’s homeschooling was all about the Moon for my younger kid, in which we learned about moon phases, atmosphere, gravity, craters and exploration but MOST IMPORTANTLY he created this glorious papier-mâché CHEESE MOON called MOOLET!!! 😁

The glorious artwork that is the tea cake wrapper!!
Smoothed out wrapper from a Tunnock’s tea cake - a taste and texture sensation of a sweet treat from Scotland. The wrapper is shiny silver and red foil with a circle in the middle and alternately coloured stripes radiating from it. In the circle is the text ‘Tunnocks’s Milk Chocolate Mallow’. The address of the maker’s factory in Uddingston, near Glasgow, can also be seen.

My kid updating me on the awfulness of TwitchCon whose stage for MCC was inaccessible (no ramp) AGAIN…so award winning Minecraft guy Scar, a wheelchair user, couldn’t go on stage for his award or when ALL the other folks did at the end of the ceremony!
