Today is Equal Pay Day.

It marks the day in the year when, based on the gender pay gap, women overall in the UK stop being paid compared to men.This year, it is two days sooner than last year because the pay gap has widened from 10.4% to 11.3%.

We need to keep fighting for equality every day.
