This whole entire concept makes me nauseous. Honestly the concept of designer children *at all* is squicky but who woulda thunk that the kids would have trauma when you’re trying to build up unrealistic expectations from literal birth
Oh wow it turns out the eugenical selective and instrumentalist mentality that drives parents to have children through egg/sperm donor selection (and genetic embryo selection) is psychologically damaging to those children. Who'd have thought?
