This morning I had an expert walk my counsellor cohort through current data on the effects of 5 hours/day exposure to social media content on kids and teens.
TBH this is demonstrably as bad, if not worse, for whole-ass adults.

It’s atrocious how little is known about the dark history of the colonization of Indigenous peoples.
The only way forward is through education, understanding & restoration.
We must do better when it comes to teaching history accurately, authentically & honouring Indigenous culture and traditions.
