No one thinks McBride is a threat to anyone. Pulling this shit only further confirms that the anti-trans stuff was never about safety. It’s performative cruelty to dehumanize and humiliate trans people.

The ban on trans people in bathrooms doesn't just apply to Sarah McBride, it also applies to staffers. There are multiple trans staffers in congress and this would essentially force them out. Many are not out to their colleagues either.
