I'm always hesitant to say I got into journalism because of All the President's Men - because it's a cliche. But it's true. So many journalists were brought to the profession by the film (and book). Redford and Hoffman made what is often a very tedious/frustrating job feel compelling and important.

TeleMessage claims all messages that get archived are encrypted end-to-end but @micahflee.com found this isn't true. There's only end-to-end encryption between the TeleMessage/Signal app and Signal, NOT between TeleMessage and the servers where messages are sent for archiving. See TeleMessage claim👇

College doesn't just train you for a vocation it trains you for life. If done right, it produces well-rounded people who have knowledge of history, art, politics, civics, literature - things that can make them better workers and co-workers. Working for a tech company alone just trains you for a job
