I immediately thought of the Daryls too as I was reading your comment. Crazy story and seems like it could be inspiration for a novel about families and their particular nuances.

I have a brother named Rob who passed also. He was 27 when he went and was still our Robbie. I wonder if he had lived if he would have shortened his name. ❤️
