We held the national Animal Protection Debate this wk!

Our debaters included both a federal cabinet minister & national party leader! The NDP, Liberals, Green Party, & Bloc Quebecois covered issues from farmed animals to wildlife to animal companions.

Anger is a really natural & understandable emotion to have when you're a changemaker, but it's not a sustainable place to work from.

Finding space & tools to work with your anger will transform it from something potentially harming (to yourself or others) into expansive, open-hearted action.

I’m NYC-bound on the bus today for some meetings. 🙂

I try to avoid short-haul flights because they’re especially carbon-intensive. Ie. train instead of short flight... lowers your emissions by 84%: ourworldindata.org/travel-carbo...

Plus, an outlet at each seat for my laptop & lotsa legroom. 💚
