Likely the last meal I’m cooking for a while since I’m having shoulder surgery on Fri so made it a good one. Duck breast with shoestring fries (with duck fat) and green beans and garlic (cooked in duck fat, of course). First time cooking duck and it came out great! 🍽️ Bonus jar of duck fat too!

Harvested a ton of sage and basil for pesto 🌿 Made the basil pesto traditional and and added walnuts to the sage pesto. The basil one is going to get added to the sourdough loaves that are proofing right now 😋 🍽️
