This is not the first time I’ve been surprised by sudden cop presence in my immediate vicinity. last time it was a man hunt for that a cop killer and had apparently stayed on the base I was at. So experience tells me that lots of cops usually equals a violence happened.

It’s like how serial killers don’t turn out to be masterminds, the cops just aren’t actually any good at solving crimes.

The rich and powerful are both just lucky and systematically do not face any punishment for their awfulness.
