Sad to be reading this as Chichester City is the local team but especially sad seeing as he was only 21.
Ground regulations definitely need to change in lower leagues/non leagues to prevent this happening again.

Finally got rid of my shitty box of a Corsa. Going to miss it but glad it's gone
