I have recently started working with a therapist. It's been helpful so far. Dealing with work stress is something I think we need to focus more on though.

Meditation has been a big help before but I don't know why I'm so resistant to it at the moment.

I have a soft spot for Driven. It's nonsense but I like.seeing Stallone drive around humming to himself.
It also correctly predicted that drain covers would be ripped from the ground if they did a Vegas Grand Prix.
