I also always forget to take my meds if I am at home, so I have been skipping meds for weeks, and I feel awful. Every morning is a dread. I know I should always take my meds, maybe I need to set a reminder. IDK if this is ADHD or my ASD, I don't know.....it's hard to function

Our former prime minister even told us to look up to Japan as a model example of a great nation (dasar pandang timur), so to hear that word low civic.....it's really hurtful and racist

I don't want to hurt anyone but to see someone labelling us as low civil....coming from a country which used to colonised us and violate our country....is that considered civil? What does the average Japanese person see a SEA person? I am just feeling sad
