I’m in a pretty big city (Philly), and they’ve procured at least two books I requested, and bought more copies of a book so I didn’t wait as long to borrow it.
Libraries are extremely helpful!

They REALLY DO BUY WHAT YOU REQUEST!!

I was personally impacted by the TMI disaster, it’s a long story but it destroyed my family and childhood.
To call this a bad idea is s huge understatement.
All the control software is written in FORTRAN, so it’s likely to be reprogrammed, leading to rushed schedules, and faulty code.
