I’m doing a yellow variety and trying some bunching onions. They’ve all germinated and if nothing else, it’s nice to see some green at this time of year.

I think mine had tiny sprouts but I can’t tell now since they are still covered with snow. As long as you planted a hardneck variety I think you should be ok - I’ve found garlic to be pretty forgiving.

Yes! It always shocks me how long they stay green. In addition to bulb onions I’m trying a bunching onion as well. I’ll be curious to see if the bunching make it into winter.
